I refactored the listener invoker so that it now lives inside the ListenerDelegate class. Figured it made sense, since the it's the only class that cares about it in the first place. -- RobertWalker

I decided the RWPCL was too strict, so I've loosened the license on PluggableRobot to RWLPCL. -- RobertWalker
