SandboxLump

Entered in IBM's robocode rumble - not a bad competitor but relied too heavily on learning and saving enemy data between rounds (rumble required quick learning from scratch over 10 rounds). At the time only one or two bots could beat it in the long run (blotbot was one) - SandboxDT soon put a stop to this.
