It uses the same MultiMode movement as Thorn.

PatternMatching with MultipleChoice.

It only dodges simple targeters.

How does the melee strategy differ from one-on-one strategy?

There isn't a melee strategy.

What does it save between rounds and matches?

Movement mode and the targeting data between rounds, nothing between matches.

Where did you get the name?

I'm continuing the Splinter / Thorn theme.

Sure, it's released under the terms of the RWPCL.
