segmented WaveSurfing CassiusClay style, with my own segmentation, also has rolling averages-my own version of course.

it uses its special powers, as explained in movement

Currently it is only a duelist bot, so it has no different strategy.

Shadow, but then again, who doesn't lose to shadow and it seems to do poorly against dynamic clustering
