Similar to the KawigiPublicLicense, but with the concession that you MAY use my code to make a better bot than mine, if and only if that bot is in a completely different size division.
I have have added flood mini's gun as one of three ( pattern matcher and guess factor gun are my own ) to my new bot RotflBot.
It is codesize 6679 , open source and for now not better than FloodMini - for now ;D --deathcon
