Neptune

Constructed originally as a test of a new movement and a new firing strategy for Fusion?

It so happened that Neptune was a good bot in its own right.

Uses FluidMovement - that is partly the reason for the name - Neptune is king of the sea. Neptune is also a planet, seemed good to continue the tradition from Saturn

The FluidMovement also incorporates ShrapnelDodging to avoid bullets.

The firing used is LaserTargeting

The only difference between melee and one-on-one is radar control as far as I remember.
