Yes, you can create pages on this site. Please do. Follow the
PageLink instructions. And since this is a
UseModWiki (with some minor changes) you can check
[here] for further info on how to create and edit pages. Use the
SandBox to try Wikisyntax out. Also make use of that "Preview" button on the Edit form.
