RiO was my first good allround bot.
Now I have extracted it ( = RiOx).
If you want to know how RiO works just read about RiOx - RiO is RiOx with just one operator that works the same way as RiOx's defaut operators do.

I'm having troubles to download it for the RR@H. Please make sure the .jar file name correctly matches the bot name, and that it includes de properties file (the easier way to do it is to let robocode package it, and accept the default name). -- Albert
