If you're new to Robocode, this page will help you with the creation of your first robot. We assume, that you've installed Robocode properly and are able to start a battle and open the editor. If you're not, please read the BeginnersFAQ.

Create your first Robot

Follow these steps: ((this has to be edited to be more specific. It's just a placeholder ATM))

• Open the editor
• Copy the source code of a SampleBot
• Modify it
• Start the compiler

Now you can use your first robot in a battle. What do you think, is it good enough to beat a SampleBot?
