How does it move?

It drives up and down the battle field, trying to clone the enemy's Y coordinate.

How does it fire?

A segmented GuessFactorTargeting gun. Since it clones the enemy's Y coordinates, the segmentation is quite small and specialized.

How does it dodge bullets?

Depending on the enemy, this bot dodges its own bullets at times.

How does the melee strategy differ from one-on-one strategy?

This bot doesn't know about Melee battles.

What does it save between rounds and matches?

Nothing. No room for that.

Where did you get the name?

It just reflects its behaviour I think.

Can I use your code?

No. Not yet at least.
