Smorgasbord

Smorgasbord (note the spelling) literally means a buffet with a wide variety of foods. It is used to indicate a wide range of options. In this case, it means that there is a wide range of targeting algorithms. --David Alves

In fact it literally means a "table of sandwiches" (over-literally: butter goose table). It's from the Swedish word "smörgåsbord". But also in Sweden it has the meaning David mentions above. It's one of the few words that's imported to English from Swedish. -- PEZ
